A slimy, traitorous, backstabbing bastard of an enlisted man, Tirado exemplifies the corruption that runs rampant throughout the West Indies, be it government or otherwise. A ruthless soldier, Tirado has made a career out of being in the right place at the right time, and keeping his crimes and excesses away from the prying eyes of his superiors. Using any means available to him to advance his career, higher-ranking officers around him seem to disappear, or fall from grace under suspicious circumstances.
